In a band you meet more and more people the longer you are together. Some of them will be twats out to ruin it for you or just to piss you off, but some of them are really cool and want to help you out along the way...Or at least take your money away from you!
Here is our choice of everything and who deserve recognition for being so goddamn helpful

Studios, Shops and Rehearsal Space... Clearwater Sound Studio's - Whitworth, Engineer - Gav! dont think anyone told me his second name.

Where our second EP was recorded. The most relaxed surroundings to record in I could imagine. Sometimes too relaxed as you end havin a really good fuckin time but dont actually record anythin. Gav was great to both work with and hang around with, would definatly recommend this place. E-mail gavmunre@hotmail.com

Studio Studio - Rossendale, Engineer - Pete Thoughton
We recorded the 'Possibilities' E.P here. They listen to how YOU want to sound and then they achieve it for you, without ripping you off. Plus, it's so easy to just chill out if like me, you know fuck all about the recording process!

ARC Sounds - Ashton and the infamous P.O.D
Our chosen rehearsal rooms at present. Relatively cheap (P.A inclusive), the sound is cool and the place has a good feel to it. Lke many bands have lived and died there. PLUS, P.O.D promotes the Witchwood and is a fucking great contact.

Monarch Mill Rehearsal Space, managed by Vinnie Dixon (Monkey Shine)
Where our band first began, it's cool in a dingy, rotting smell kind of a way. Full of history. Not much else to big up really...

Lipsinc. - Promotions and Rehearsal Space run by JobeCo from Rochdale
Really cool and genuine guys. They got us one of our best gigs and they were relaxed and proffessional. Excellent equipment available at their unit with demo recording avaliable and p.a with inclusive mixing desks.

BURY BACON CO. Where my dad works, Bury indoor market
Consistent fresh produce at a fair and competitive price! The best pork! The leanest cuts! Ask about the FULL MONTY SPECIAL!!!!!!!!!!

Suze, my (Mike's) girlfriend.
Not only do I love her to bits but she's done loads for the band. She's been there since the start (before we were together) and even inspired a song (guess which one!) and if you own a copy of the first ep suze will have cut out and put in the front and back cover. She's at all the gigs and she definatly deservers a mention here. Love ya babe

Rehab - The band we played our first ever gig with. They play mostly covers but their original stuff is really cool aswell. They deserve a big thanks from us and some attention from you for helping us out loads early on.

Gnarly - Ooooohhhh! The little sproggets! This band are really fucking cool! We love them. Their 15 and 16 years old and as a band, play their own take on catchy, hook filled pop-punk and do it very well. Plus, they can only get better.

Dropdown- Good friends of ours that always, ALWAYS, turn up at our gigs and so we think you rock! They were pissed off til now because I have'nt updated this recently. WE have seen them play now n they're a great band you should strive to see play live.

Something Similar - We haven't heard these guys or seen them and they live somewhere down south but the singers a really cool guy (I'm sure the rest are too). I got chatting to Matt (singer) by e-mail and promised I'd get Something Similar a gig in Manchester but in true NoStandards style it never happened because we're lazy bastards. However, despite this Matt has continued to e-mail and has even offered us a gig in Bristal. So in honour of Something Similer, you should visit their site. (Its better than ours aswell...bastards!!)

10 Days - Imaginative, compelling and relevantly political minded melodic metal band from Bury.

Innabula - Often astounding alt-rock/metal band reminiscent of (to me anyway) The Cranberries. I still listen to their ep now and rate them highly as one of the best bands Oldham currently has to offer.

Kid Conspiracy - Likely to soon graduate from our unsigned band/cool people page as more n more people show an interest in Kid Con, perhaps the best unsigned post-hardcore/emu/punk/melodic metal band in the NW. Check them out now...

Sparehed 3 - Excellent 4 piece punk band from Ashton (i think, or it might be manchester). Anywho we've played with this band once when we supported 'Think Tank' at the Roadhouse and we would definatly like to play with them again. A few more gigs together would be nice too!

A Long Time Spent - Fantastic punk band. Met these guys first when we played Oldham Collage and they came an spoke to us after the gig. They mentioned they were in a band but we didn't see how fuckin good they were till recently. We've played a few shows with them recently. Great guys, great songs, piss funny and 'PuNk aS fuCK!!'
